Ahhh, the plans of mice and men! So after careful consideration and discussion with guests, we are still moving forward with the party on Sunday, December 12th from 4 to 7:30 PM!

But Phil and I have always been cautious, not crazy, but cautious and have always wanted to be part of the solution, not the problem!

So here is our COVID plan! Phil and I have both been vaccinated and are receiving the booster in the next few days. We plan to take an at-home test right before the party so we can hug those who want to be hugged! Elbow taps work for those that have concerns.

Regarding the venue, it is BIG, bigger than we need, giving us plenty of room to spread out. We have made the dance floor a bit smaller and have extended the space between tables and have only 8 seats at a table and plenty of high tops! However, if you need more seats for your group, the staff will have extra chairs on hand!

All food stations are spread apart and staff will be wearing masks! We have added more passing food to the menu so there will be less congregating unless you want to! We will have hand sanitizer and encourage masks for those who feel more comfortable! There is an outdoor patio with fire pits, so plenty of space and opportunity to get fresh air.

That being said if you don’t feel well or are not comfortable, it is okay if you can’t make it or if you come and don’t stay long, it is all good! We will be sending a Zoom invite soon! 

But I am totally looking forward to celebrating with you! While not a meal, we have worked with head chef, Joe Drift, to create an innovative menu. The incomparable, Charlie Chronopoulos will be performing from 4 to 6, Santa will be arriving at 6 pm and the fabulously, fabulous, Bill Barett, will be spinning some records until 7:30/8:00, okay no actual records, but you know what I mean!
